Zeetbuz Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and zeetbuz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zeetbuz platform — including the website at zeetbuz.net and the zeetbuz mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you are accessing zeetbuz on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Zeetbuz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use zeetbuz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Zeetbuz does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a zeetbuz employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the zeetbuz platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one zeetbuz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering your zeetbuz account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting zeetbuz support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zeetbuz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Zeetbuz will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Notify zeetbuz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another player's account or allow anyone else to use yours.
• Zeetbuz may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure.

04 Deposits

Zeetbuz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your zeetbuz wallet instantly upon confirmation of the payment from your mobile wallet provider.

The minimum deposit amount on zeetbuz is displayed in the wallet section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Zeetbuz does not charge a fee for deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Zeetbuz does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• Zeetbuz reserves the right to set deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your zeetbuz wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Zeetbuz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal, zeetbuz may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and is required to protect both you and the platform from fraud. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification will result in your withdrawal being held until the process is complete.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your wallet section and may change from time to time.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval.
• Zeetbuz reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Zeetbuz does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Zeetbuz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms set out the general rules that apply to all bonuses on the platform.

All bonuses on zeetbuz are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times. • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on zeetbuz use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that every result is genuinely random and independent of previous results. Zeetbuz does not and cannot influence game outcomes.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game on the platform. Zeetbuz is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• Zeetbuz reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error.
• Players must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with zeetbuz games.
• Collusion between players in any game on zeetbuz is strictly prohibited.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the zeetbuz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on zeetbuz.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to defraud zeetbuz or other players through any means.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

Zeetbuz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your zeetbuz wallet.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of play to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term restrict access to your zeetbuz account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Zeetbuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, underage gambling, providing false registration information, and failure to complete identity verification when requested.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or play until the investigation is complete.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at zeetbuz's discretion following investigation.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zeetbuz support.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeetbuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

• Zeetbuz is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to follow game rules or these Terms.
• Zeetbuz is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits zeetbuz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Zeetbuz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If the changes are material, zeetbuz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the zeetbuz platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
